Wouldn’t recommend ever brining your dog they should be shut down after denying my dog an emergency visit over a 15$ unpaid bill from another dog that has the same last name as mine had to go all the way to nj garden state veterinary to get charged 10 grand for a Emergency castration to save my dog from prostatitis after all said and done I need an antibiotic for my dog that baystreet now filled for me for 650$ now I was allowed back of course it’s all about money not your dog the whole staff should be fired and somebody will be held accountable for this isn’t over yet.

This facility is completely unprofessional. They denied a dog services due to at first an outstanding bill of $15 which was not the dogs bill but a family members bill. So know we are responsible for family members bills? What kind of office are you running?. The measly $15 was paid then they began to deny services to the same sick dog due to in the past the dog being labeled as “aggressive” when no incident what so ever occurred with this animal. They continued to make up multiple excuses due to the turmoil of a pre existing relationship that occurred with one of their employees and a relative of the dog. Personal relationships outside of your facility should not be a reason to deny an ill dog of services especially when refusal to pay was never an issue. This office has no idea how to run a business and bases who their practice sees based on relationships apparently and not the situation of the animal. Stay away from this place as they do not have your animals best intentions. Also, please respond back something inaccurate or stupid to try and rectify the situation because I’m ready.

Horrible place. I called for a serious emergency with my cat bleeding and she said I can’t do nothing about it because I’m fully at capacity. And one doctor. I do not recommend.
